I pulled the MLS data for housing inventory for multiple cities plus the entire CRMLS.  Reviewed data from a new data aggregation site for several cities and will continue to dig into this new site to provide more insight for you.  Plus I briefly mention 2 CNBC.com articles/interviews and a HousingWire.com article about fannie mae anticipating rates coming down in 2023.
