Hello friends!  I'm back to making long form videos.  if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you know I put out daily 90 second reels which are really topical to what is going in in the real estate world on a day to day basis.  That series is called "Fresh Roasted Real Estate" and I'm up to 220+ reels so far and a ton of great pertinent information there so give my a follow @jb_baldwin on Instagram or follow me on Facebook.

These new long form videos are going to be a little more oriented to what information buyers and sellers are seeking to learn more about real estate in general or the cities they are considering moving to and whatnot.  The first in the series (and i'm sure i'll be redoing these every so often) is about "Moving to Burbank in 2023" and what you can expect living in the great city of Burbank.  Let me know what you think and if you have any questions and especially if you need help buying or selling a home in the amazing city of Burbank be sure to give me a call at 213.973.3777.
