Demand is Dropping and the FED is raising rates again! September 19, 2022

Case Schiller index points to slower growth, inventory stalls - September 27, 2022
The case schiller index came out this morning showing the rate of appreciation has slowed and they expect rates continuing to climb. rates hit 7% today and inventory is not coming on line as anticipated.
